Ami 1998 Cubs Grace Jersey-thoughts?

I have a customer seeking a Mark Grace Cubs jersey.

Currently offered by American Memorabila is a 1998 blue Grace. I have sold several 1998 Cubs in this style, and this is the first time I have ever seen the collar tagging like this. The screened identification is not close to those jerseys I have sold. I have never seen this before. It appears extremely "crude" and not the norm for 1998 tagging. Can a Cubs expert (Rob Steinmetz?) comment?

Should a fellow Forum reader have a Cubs Grace for sale, please let me know.

Being a Cubs fan, a collector contacted me with this jersey several months ago. I agreed to purchase the jersey pending an inspection, so he shipped it to me. Upon inspection, I was not comfortable with the tagging in the collar or the extra length flag tagging on the tail. It's unlike any I've seen before. The jersey also showed virtually no evidence of use. I shared my findings with the seller and shipped the jersey back.
