Does anyone have any experience (bidding or consigning) with Premier Auctions based out of Scottsdale, AZ

The guys who run the auctions used to work for Mike Gutierrez. For those who don't know of him, Gutierrez is one of the top 2-3 baseball autograph experts, and currently works for Heritage.

I've never consigned, but have won items in Premier auctions and things were run smoothly.
