Question about an Atlanta Braves Hat

I bought a lot of Atlanta Braves game used hats recently and in the batch of hats that I bought one of the hats have a the number 2 on it and the size of the hat is a 7 1/4 and I think that it is from the 2006 season. The only information that I have gotten on the hat is that it maybe the Braves Mascot hat but I do not think so because it is too small. Plus I checked out all of the Internet websites dealing with baseball and found nothing. If anyone has any information please help me out.

Could it possibly be a 2007 hat? I just noticed that Kelly Johnson is wearing number "2" this year.

I wish it was but I doubt it because it is a wool hat and MLB teams went with a new material this year in thier hats. Though I wonder if the Braves the wore (Old style) the wool hats durng spring training this year??

Jesse Garcia wore #2 in 03 and 04, but I don't recall anyone else wearing it until Kelly Johnson this year.

Just wanted to add that the Braves wore the new caps in spring training this year.

I think Tony Pena Jr wore #2 when he first came up with the Braves, but the Tony Pena cap I had from 2006 was a size 6-7/8.

I also have Tony Pena's hat and it is also a size 6 7/8, so it can't be his, but possibly could it have been worn by Johnson in 2006 in the dugout?

I would have to agree with you guys that maybe the hat is Kelly Johnson's. The hat does not show a lot of game use like the other hats I have sold and have. But the hat does have a couple of sweat stains on it. I will most likely list it as Kelly Johnnson's hat.
