Nice ball Brett. Do you happen to know when it was manufactured?

Re: Let's See Some Baseballs!
i'm not positive but i'd guess late 20's/early 30's - that was the same era as the glove that i got with it. the lady also had the uniform of the player who used the mitt and ball but i had already spent my money (only 20 bucks for the ball which I think was a great deal).

Re: Let's See Some Baseballs!
$20 is a steal for any multicolor stitched ball...especially one in as good as condition as yours plus you got the original box. I just picked up a Pioneer League ball that was also made by Worth that I think is probably 1930's. Anyone know how late multicolor stitch balls were being used in professional baseball? I know that I can definitely say that the Three I League was using a black and red stitch Goldsmith ball as late as 1938.

Re: Let's See Some Baseballs!
I got the ball from Sports Immortals in Boca. The photos on it are cut from some sort of actual photo, not a newspaper or magazine. I'll try to post pictures of the sides tomorrow.

1934 was the year all red stitching began in both leagues. Companies could obviously continue to make them, but they weren't used in the bigs after 1933.
