Before you posted this...I sent the original seller an e-mail in english and spanish to see if this was worn by Johan or not and a little more info on it.

I don't believe this hat EVER sold. I saw it up several times...I think it started near a grand and kept coming down. I bet this guy bought it off of eBay. FYI, I also think the seller never said in any of the listings that Santana used the hat. It was the hat from a team he was on from his home town.

I asked the original seller many questions in spanish about the hat. I was wondering why the price of the hat was so high so I asked him if Johan used the hat and he sead no. That the hat was his and he had Johan sign it when he was playing in Venezuela. I think the guy thought he would get alot of money for a Johan autograph.
