Didn't VA already sell this jersey two auctions ago?

V.A. has this jersey listed on eBay right now, but isn't this the same jersey that sold in their March 8, 2007 auction? I don't have the catalog anymore, so I don't know if it is the same one. If it is the same jersey, are they bidding on their own jerseys? This just struck me as odd and wanted opinions. Thanks.
