Wow, Mike Scott didn't even make the honorable mention list. The guy won a Cy Young by scuffing the ball beyond recognition and also eluded being caught because four umpires couldn't see him fling an emory board out of his pocket.

I think the article only include those that were caught or admitted cheating. That' s probably why it didn't include Scott.
