Wasn't Will Clark's uniform number in the year 1999 the number "12"?

Let's hope the O's recycle their helmets for more than two years.

The O's did use previous season's helmets, however, the bird logo changed from 1998 to 1999. Likewise, the numbers on this particular "Will Clark" are not correct for 1999. Here's a photo of the correct # style:
