Is there any difference between one or two bars on the top of these identical face masks below? Is it just cosmetic or is it different materials. Thank you in advance.
the stainless steel mask has two verticle bars below the nose bumper while the titanium masks and carbon masks have one. pros don't wear the cheaper and heavier carbon masks.
titanium masks also differ from the other two types of masks when it comes to the lower top horizontal bar - on the titanium mask this bar extends beyond the vertical mask frame and meets the top middle bar by the earhole forming a "t" (for titanium). on the stainless and carbon masks, the lower top horizontal bar stops at the vertical mask frame where it's welded into place.
