Re: More Mastro Controversy? Jordan Shooting Shirt
Chris
I've read some of your posts on the network 54 forum. I'm glad you shared this information with the forum.
Last year, Lampson authenticated a Darrell Griffith Louisville jersey. A forum member contacted Louisville's athletic department who spoke directly with Griffith. Griffith said it wasn't his jersey. Lampson was made aware of these findings. Lampson stood by his opinion and LOA.
11Gs for a psuedo-Jordan? My Ranzino Smith shooting shirt seems more appealing than ever!

Re: More Mastro Controversy? Jordan Shooting Shirt
Hey everyone
I received an email from Doug Allen about the situation with the Michael Jordan shooting shirt. He asked that I post something on his behalf.
I will be posting it in the other thread on this topic. It's the thread called "Alarming News About Mastro's UNC Jordan Shirt"

Thanks for your hard-nosed journalism with this matter. It is easily some of this forum's best work.
For the record, I am still in possesion of my "Zino" shooting shirt. Mine was made by Wilson. I will be happy to photograph it with the dateline of today's LA Times, if needed. This actually makes me sick to my stomach. My jersey is more rare now, but another Ranzino Smith shooting shirt was erased from existence.
Some of Mr. Allen's excuses don't jive, but I'm happy nobody paid $11,000 for a forgery.
