Autograph on metal?
Has anyone ever gotten autographs on metal, a surface maybe like a metal sign?
Do the autographs smear or do they dry like any other autograph? Was planning on using a regular sharpie, but wanted to make sure the signature would dry and not be ruined.Looking for: Joey Votto game used items.

Re: Autograph on metal?
Have had metal signs signed before, used silver sharpie on a blue street sign and it came out great. Also had a tin sign signed in black sharpie, also perfect no problems.

Re: Autograph on metal?
I had autographs on metal that worked and lasted fine.
A lot of the Gartland Statues had the signatures on metal strips.

Re: Autograph on metal?
I had Pierzynski signed a metal press plate with a black sharpie. There was no smearing and its lasted. I was very careful with not touching it or letting anything touch it, after it was signed.
Hope that helps!
