Hey everyone,

I've been collecting game used hockey memorabilia for 3 years now and am trying to get started collecting a few baseball items so I appreciate any help. I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to game worn hockey jerseys and used equipment, but am clueless when it comes to baseball collecting so I appreciate any help you guys can give me.

Anyway, in browsing the MLB website I noticed they offer game used balls for sale, and you can pick the season and date of the game. There aren't many 2006 game balls left, so unfortunately the ball I would want (from July 5, 2006) is not one of the few available.

If anybody on this board happens to own a Phillies game ball from this date, or knows someone who does, please get in touch with me as I would love to buy it.
