No neck cut because every jersey i have owned or seen Dickerson wore the neck roll cushion and had to have the neck line cut. and the home blue jersey game worn dickerson colts i owned got from a team source was size XL with 3 inches extra this road white is champion size Large with flag tag of 3 inches extra length. has a faint autograph on the back number and shows a bit of yellowing line on back as i pointed this out he came off his WAY TOO HIGH asking price.
