Another result of the Coronavirus scare

Due ti a temporary law initiated by Santa Clara County (CA), the 49ers will be temporarily kicked out of Levi Stadium for their first 2 home games in December.

The law prohibits pro or college sports from hosting games or having practices in sports where direct bodily contact is common. The law goes into effect this coming Monday and runs through 12/21.

The temporary law also affects San Jose State, Stanford, and the San Jose Sharks (NHL).

There is a decent possibility that the games that the 49ers can't play in their own stadium may be relocated to the Arizona Cardinals' home field. The Cardinals are willing to do this, but other hurdles need to be cleared to make this official.
