Got this jersey in a Jersey Off Their Backs auction at an Omaha Storm Chasers game, Royals AAA team, on June 9th. It was a special promotion with proceeds going to the local food bank so the Storm Chasers wore jerseys with a local fast food restaurant called Runza and the opponents, Albuquerque Isotopes, were the Green Chili Cheeseburgers. This was the jersey one of my favorite pitchers wore for the game, Kevin Lenik. I also talked him out of his hat and he gave me the final out ball which was from his second save. He signed the Jersey and hat. Then later I had him sign the pictures and the ball. He inscribed the ball with “Final out Save #2 June 9, 2018” Also in the display is his signed 2018 Spring Training locker name plate. I absolutely love what he writes on his hats. He does that to every hat and you can watch him read the messages during the game.
