Here is my take-away:
Jersey's ordered in the 1970's ALL have the blue border, and, if it has the correct player size(s), may have been ordered by the team, or may not have been ordered by the team, but instead, by a fan. So, probably many jersey's being sold as game worn, but aren't. But, I have also seen jersey's from the 1970's without the blue border. Could jersey's have been ordered in the 1980's but, the purchaser asked and received a year tag from the 1970's? Agree?
