2015 Game Used Baseball with Selig Signature
I went out to San Francisco this past weekend for the Giants vs Braves series and picked up a couple game used baseballs from the series. When I got home I was looking over them and noticed something interesting. One of the baseballs from the game Friday 05/29/15 had a Bud Selig signature on it! I wonder how this one slipped through?
Has anyone else seen this on any other balls?

Re: 2015 Game Used Baseball with Selig Signature
I have seen Selig balls being used in batting practice and in bullpens this year.

That doesn't surprise me. I am surprised one made it into an actual game though!

It is my understanding the equipment guys from the teams this year were told they weren't to be used even in BP. Most teams try to get rid of them during spring training.

Re: 2015 Game Used Baseball with Selig Signature
It's unusual, but not a total jaw-dropper. In 2000, I saw a Konerko HR I ended up buying (as I was at the game in which it was hit), and, rather than it being a MLB Selig ball, it was an AL Budig ball. A couple of the guys on Waveland mention getting home runs in early 2000 that were NL Coleman baseballs. There is some time for transition. In 1994 at Wrigley Field, no one got a NL Coleman baseball until early July.
