Evan Longoria BWP
I just bought this off eBay, did make a mistake, is it legit? I know he has used BWP bats in the past, by searching getty. other then I don't know much about these bats. Any help would be great.
Thanks Scott

Re: Evan Longoria BWP
I actually considered the BIN option on this bat... the thing that stopped me from purchasing was the way that the team name is listed. I know that bwp bats can be purchased by the public and personalized, and "D-Rays" seems as it would be a way to get around the MLB licencing on this bat. My first route would be to contact bwp and see how they listed the devil rays on any team bats issued. If they were issued "D-Ray" i'd say you'd be off to a good start... if not, you can take the app. actions... just my 2 cents.

Tone thanks for the advice. I contacted Mike Gregory at BWP, and he told me that this bat was in fact made for Longoria. The name D-Rays was a players request from Longoria. The bat was issued to Longoria after the Arizona fall league in 2007
Thanks, Scott
