Perfectly fine. The LOA seems to indicate it was bought in the auction area at the 2010 Cubs Convention.

Actually, it would have sold at the Cubs Convention in 2011, held a few weeks ago, as the letter is dated January, 2011.

The jersey and letter are fine, but they did sell quite a few Fontenot jerseys at the auction the Saturday of the convention and he wasn't selling as well as many other players that day.
