Late update. I just had a surprisingly pleasant conversation with someone at the Titans Lockerroom. My Haynesworth and Finnegan jerseys showed no use. Furthermore, the Finnegan was a dark blue jersey with an 06 collar tag and 09 certificate of authenticity. The Titans never wore those jerseys in 09. I also noticed that the stitching on the sleeves didn't really match any of the photos from previous years when they did wear those jerseys.

At first the lady on the phone suggested that game-worn stuff wasn't returnable. But then I pointed out that Finnegan could not have worn that jersey, so she talked to her supervisor. She returned to point out that the lockerroom website has been changed and the remaining jerseys are advertised as "game issued". She offered me a refund for my jerseys along with free return shipping.
