No jersey... But I have a mlb authenticated foul ball he hit during April when he broke the rookie record.

FYI, the White Sox don't have a history of having a bunch of jerseys made of their star players so they can sell them after being worn once. It'll probably take awhile for Abreu's regular jerseys to become available, likely first at SoxFest 2015.
