Steiner Auctions WTF!?

Finally got my return label yesterday. This is after I emailed saying to just cancel the request. I have zero faith in actually receiving anything in return should I send my item back. I would strongly urge anyone thinking about participating in their auctions to think twice. Looks like my experience is considered the norm at steiner based on the responses in this thread.

Just thought I'd give this a bump since it seems Steiner could give negative f's about their auction or customer service.

I do give an f about our customer service and our auction. We're working to improve our processes across the board. Stay tuned.
