An Absolute Steal In My Opinion

Wow, is the economy that bad? Just over $300 for one of the all-time greatest offensive lineman who was named to the Hall of Fame in 2001. The information I received on the jersey was that it has great wear with multiple repairs and hit marks.

I am sure the HUGE influx of LA Rams pieces into the market over the last year or so has reduced demand/prices. Doesn't seem like an unreasonable reasonable e-Bay price to me but don't be suprised to see this in an auction house near you in the future with an oh so valuable and reliable COA written up and probably fetch more $.

I don't doubt the jersey's authenticity, but the seller goofed in dating the item. The NFL neck shield is present, so the earliest year of usage would be 1991, not the 1980s.

The seller also stated the jersey is Rawlings when it is obviously Russell. Maybe those things helped keep the price down because another very similar Slater sold last year in an American Memorabilia auction for a little over $1600 not including the hammer fee.
