Emmitt Smith issued. is it legit

Everything's in the rite place, no signs of being resewn, no tampering
has all the correct tagging. I know its not game used but just wanna make
sure its a legit issued game jersey, an what it may be worth.
Any help would be great. Sorry about the side ways pics

I have seen a few 2003 jerseys and all where tagged a size 48.

It is a size 46.

At the very least it is a team issued jersey.

I guess it comes down too the price you can get it for.
