Julius Peppers game worn jersey question.

This jersey was on Ebay and I won it BUT I cannit style match the sleeves. I can't find any pictures of Peppers wearing this style jersey anywhere. It has a j.o.sports coa but I know this jersey originally sold through Historic auctions. any help would be appreciated

Looked it up by the number

It appears he wore a shorter cut in the sleeves. All the pics I have just looked at. Interesting it came with a JO Sports COA. Maybe try contacting JO with your question. I know they get a bad rap on here but they have always answered questions regarding any item I have had doubts on that they authenticated.

Honestly, I believe this jersey was previously owned by a collector on here before it hit eBay.

I believe this is your jersey after doing a little research:

In My Opinion, To Me It Looks Like One Of The Jerseys
You Get From Nfl Auctions. Which Jo Has Been Know To Buy From,
And The Style Of Cut Is Different.
My Jarred Allen And Desean Jackson Where Like That When I Got Them From Jo, Same Size Player Wise But Different Sleeve Cut.

I have owned lots of Panthers jerseys from that era with team repairs acquired directly from the teams sale. The sewing on the repairs of the Peppers looks nothing like any of the repairs on any of the jerseys I have owned. It looks like a sloppy homemade job.

I did not see any up close pics from Blitzmaster so I did not comment on the repairs before.

Also if it was sourced from Historic Auctions I would be more than a little bothered. I believe they are no longer in business. Here is a link to an article where the owner admitted to doctoring jerseys.
