1978 Lou Brock Jersey--St Petersburg??

So looking at eBay I ran across this #20 St. Petersburg Jersey. Seller claims the jersey is from ROY SIEVERS and is attributed to Brock. I have gone all through Brock's MiLB records and unless I am missing something Brock was not in St. Pete to wear this uniform. I am assuming this item is for some other player and Brock is wringly attributed.
Thoughts?

I have seen this guy (jonsstats) sell some very questionable stuff on ebay. He is an auction hound who buys stuff from all major auction houses and flips the items on Ebay. He tends to sell items and take the auction houses word on what he item is and does not do his homework.

I cannot comment on this jersey but I can comment on what he has sold in the past.

I doubt Brock ever saw this piece. Jonsstats is, I believe, a decent guy, but he tends to spend first and research later, or, usually, not at all. He can have good stuff, but you've gotta do your homework on his stuff, as he is more than occasionally mistaken on the accuracy of his item descriptions.
