Same seller has been mentioned here before selling bad items with forged LOAs.

I wouldn't take the chance. The questionable items this guy has offered on eBay often employs fake Alan Meza LOAs, as well as the occasional LOA of mine (auction house-produced versions). The font on the NOB does not look right to me.

It's 100% fake. Like Dave said the font on the back is wrong. Also notice only one Bull on the sleeves. I have a blank from this era and it only had one Bull as well. The final versions worn had bulls on both sleeves. This blank has been customized.

Does Alan Meza really write like this? To me the COA is just a dead giveaway of being a fake shirt. I would not touch it based on the COA alone.

No, Alan's English writing skills are fine. This broken English writing pattern seems to be apparent on all of the fake Meza LOAs this seller has.
