    MacGregor clear shell padding question

Is it possible to put padding back into a MacGregor clear shell helmet? If so, does anyone know anyone who does this?

If its the front, back or jaw pads, you can press the plastic nubs through the holes in the shell border, provided that the plastic nubs or brads are still intact enough to go through. The crown pad is a tougher proposition. It can be done, provided that you have the proper brads. If it were mine, I would contact Curtis at Helmet Hut, he's the king of helmet restoration and he would be the go-to-guy for something like this. helmethut.com.
