Is the Law bat cracked or uncracked? What year(s) is the labeling from and what # on the end of the knob?

I am not good at the whole figuring out the labeling period yet. I just recieved the Malta book a few weeks ago :( So I will post a picture of it, I am sure you will know. The number on the knob is 2 - and yes there is a crack, see pics I send you.
