the rangers dont put set numbers on call up jerseys. but i thought the number written on the tag was interesting.

at the fanfest. you know who else wears a size 52 jersey? josh hamilton. i thought it was strange with the number on the tagging

Maybe its a locker#? They do that in the minors. Maybe they do it in the bigs before they get a nameplate?

i know its a stretch but hamilton #32 wears the same size jersey. the thing on the back ins the inventory tag
