Ball Park Seats?

Has anyone ordered from Ball Park Seats (http://www.ballparkseats.com/)? I have sent two emails to them within the past 2 weeks and have yet to receive a reply. Also, looks as if the website has not been updated since 2007. Any help or feedback would be appreciated.

They may be out of business. I too sent them an inquiry about purchasing some Soldier Field seats and got no reply.

I think they just dont check their email. I sent them a message awhile back and it took forever to get a response.

Got a Crosley field seat about a year ago from them. Seat was decent but didn't come with coa and it took a few months to get it in the mail. Shipped with lots of padding.
