Majestic Extra Length and SlV tagging Help PLEASE!

I was wondering if anyone has run into tagging like this on a Majestic jersey. It appears like someone poped the stitching and then added the extra length and SLV tags. Anyone know if this is common practice by Majestic or even seen it before on an authentic game used jersey? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
