Although this auction closed a few days ago (5 to be exact), I was wondering if anyone considered bidding on this item:

Given Speaker bats aren't the easiest bats to find, I'm just curious if anyone gave this bat serious consideration.

It was an interesting bat because Speaker bats are so hard to come by. The seller re-posted the bat and it sold very quickly for close to $3000 with a buy it now. Interesting bat, just not enough known about the abnormal stampings to make me pull the trigger. I think Kren hand turned gamer bats are grossly undervalued, but this one had too many unanswered questions. Who exactly is Ty Speaker and what the heck is he doing with Tris Speaker's bat? Did someone actually think that green paint would improve the aesthetics of the bat? What's up with the double-stamping of the Ty Speaker name?
