Default Autograph Identification

Need help to ID this auto. It was obtained by my brother-in-law at a dental conference a few years back.

The basketball is signed by Rick Fox. The upside down photo displays the autograph the right way. He has a really wierd autograph, but fortunately he wrote his jersey number 17 at the end of his signature so you can tell which way it's suppose to go.

His autograph is kinda like Sammy Sosa's in the sense that it is often mistaken for which way it goes.
