Superior Sports Designs COA on Manning fb

HAd someone offer me a fb signed by Archie, Peyton, and Eli with a COA from Superior Sports Designs from Newport BEach, Ca. I've never heard of these guys and I believe the Mannings did a private signing with Steiner a few years ago. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks! Jim
