Just sold a bat to this guy on ebay and he refuses to pay because he believes shill bidding was involved. Sold the Pena Yankees bat that I had in the for sale section. This is the statement I got after an unpaid item dispute was opened:
"Relist this item I feel that shill bidding was in place due to the bat sold for exact price you weretryign to obtain on another source. Due to that along with a disagreement with ebay new star policyhas forced me to stop using ebay in general."
Just letting others know in case he bids on your items and does not pay.
