The "88 43" embroidery font/appearance looks different than what I've seen in the past.

Also, isn't this "88 43" used sewn BELOW the Rawlings tag and not to the right? (It could be that the extra 1" tag throws off things a bit though.)

I have had a few Giants jerseys from this era and this one shows no red flags that I'm aware of. Tagging looks to be correct. Hope this helps.
