Very true, asking everyones opinions is one, which is what you are supposed to do on here. But saying, "its the same bat and the tape on the nob is gone", is not asking for an opinion, thats a statement.

Next time if you arent sure about something just simply ask. Dont say something is fishy and the person doctored the same bat...etc etc. Im pretty sure everyone would be pissed if this was their auction. Im pissed and its not even my bat.

Well if you were to even look at both bats, you would see that one bat has tar and the other does not. The autographs are in a different location on the bat a bit, and one is smeared some. Look at the marks on the back of the barrel, not the same.

Why say these are the same bat if you arent sure? Even worse, post the persons seller id? I would be sooo mad if this was my auction!!

couple of weeks agon there was a game used jayson werth bat on ebay mlb authenticated and signed but had a taped nob. it was a starting bid of 279.00

now its back up same seller and its starting bid is 349.00 and its the same bat and the tape on the nob is gone..... i emailed the seller asking what gives and am waiting for a responce........ something very fishy is going on if you ask me........ was wondering what everyone else might think.......
