    Good news and bad news:

The bad news: this mis-classified jersey is up again on eBay

The good news: no bids so far ($1000 min.)

Thanks for the heads-up Dave. Yea, those jerseys are very close back in the day to being game-worn. Shoot, I fell for a 92-93 Shaq and thought in my "early" years of collecting that it was game worn too.
Seen plenty of Jordan's over the years passed off this way too.

Just looking for 2mins on Getty's shows the incorrect NOB like you said, but also the front Bulls logo style is incorrect as well as the spacing between it and the '33'.
As always, do your research first!

If you want a look at an NBA Commemorative Collection jersey being touted as game used when it is not, observe item 250652852599 (can anyone link me up?).

The NBA Commeorative Collection jerseys are the NBA equivalent of MLB Score Board jerseys...authentic, usually properly tagged and sized jerseys that were never issued to or worn by the player, but made for retail purposes. The close likeness causes less knowledgeable collectors and sellers to believe them to be game used items, when they are not.

In nearly all cases with the NBACC jerseys, a small detail or a variance in proper sizing usually is the tipoff. In this case, the NOB is without serafs, incorrect for any 1991-present Bulls gamer. The NOB lettering should employ serafs.

Again, I don't believe the seller is being dishonest...I just think he's not aware of this type of jersey being made close to 20 years ago.

BTW: The Jordan from the NBACC issuance is also road red, and also has the same NOB font problem.
