I also notice no size tag on the front tail should it not be there ? I have seen this jersey (or one exactly the same) at several different auction sites so it has made it's rounds.

Good call, Lokee. I wonder if a collar-located retail tag somehow was rendered missing, as on retails from this time span, the size would be on those.

The Reds jersey was from Spring Training in 07.

Although Josh never made it to the big leagues with Tampa, he wore many Tampa Bay jerseys during his time with the organization. Many are familiar with his #22 jersey he initially wore, but he switched #'s several times. His 31 jerseys are fairly tough to find although there are few different colors floating around. I got to show Josh this particular jersey in person and he remembered it which was neat.

At best that would have to be a game issued jersey. He never made it past AA in 2001 and was never a call up.

In fact, all of the piping on the jersey should be White instead of Black

In addition to the things the that I have already listed the jersey is also missing the following things:

The #33 should also be on the front right breast section of the jersey in addition to being on the back
The area around the sleeves should have have White Piping instead of Black Piping as exhibited on the jersey in the listing.
