Not real thrilled,Dano. Size seems a bit small for that time in his career, and a number of early 90s/late 1980s Rawlings Ripkens are team jerseys of lesser players that were doctored unethically to be offered as Cal Jr. gamers.

Being its from 91, and its autographed, reminds me of the amount of bo jackson, ken griffey, nolan ryan, rickey henderson gamers from the early 90s that come to auction... score board offering?

Almost every single major auction these days has what is reportedly a game worn Ripken jersey. You don't have to spent too much time looking at these jersey's to know they are almost all fake across the board. Ironically ebay is currently flooded with what are reportedly game worn Ripken's at last count I believe something like 8 - 10 total.

The 89 road grey Ripken that has been floating around since Spring with the now famous C. Ripken on the back has now gone through Hunt Auction in the spring, Heritage in September and is now on ebay. As Ironmanfan mentioned, Ripken NEVER used a jersey that says C.Ripken on the back even when playing with Bill.

If you are seeing a Ripken jersey sell for $600 you just flushed your hard earned dollars.

Not only is the jersey a joke, the signature on it is just as bad.......

Anyone who thinks they can get a legit GU Ripken jersey (from a MVP year no less) for that BIN price isn't dealing with reality.

It's sold. I was looking around trying to figure out if it was real and could not really find any evidence to prove it was fake or real. I didn't really like the way RIPKEN is stiched. The photos I was looking over appear as if RIPKEN is more spaced out in game photos.

Did someone here buy it?
