I think that's because the jersey is distorted a bit because he's wearing it. It looks like it's on there pretty tight and his shoulder pads are underneath as well.

You may be right. The seller's photos are pretty sub-par.

The "3" looks different on the auction jersey compared to game photos.

I'd be more worried about him not responding than the price. With this economy anyway. He does seem to have good feedback with a few ebayers that I know buy and sell Cowboys jerseys. But an unresponsive seller is definitely a negative. Check this one out, says it comes a Steiner COA. I wanted it but I won a vintage Cowboys helmet last night on ebay so Im taking an ebay break for awhile.

Thanks for the input. All the characteristics appear to be correct when I compare it to other 05 jerseys. I sent him a message a day or two ago requesting photos and have yet to hear back. Sent him another, hopefully he gets back to me before it ends.

Jersey looks pretty nice to me. I cant really say if it is game used or not since Im definitely not an expert. Prova Group used to have a website where you could verify the serial # from what Ive read. I would say $300 for a future HOFer is pretty decent considering retail authentics cost $250+. Get him to send you some additional photos of the shoulder marks and maybe you can get a member here to try and photo-match it. Im not sure what size he wore but Im sure a 52 is close. I've been looking for an Allen jersey for awhile and I came across this on eBay. I'm not a football jersey expert by any stretch and I was wondering if anyone could give an opinion on it. Thanks
