I have bought game used Jason Sehorn, Eli Manning, Tiki Barber and several other lesser known players from BE and never had any issues, for what that's worth.

Clearly they have a well known source at getting stuff.

Looks good to me. Matches up to other photos in that game (Sept 2006 v Eagles) too.

I wouldn't be overly concerned about the jersey size tag. As others have pointed out in the past, the jerseys sometimes measure differently from how they were tagged. I have also seen examples where players have worn more than one size in a single season.

I think the photos should overcome any of the tagging concerns.

I've seen all sizes for Tiki authentic gamers - everything from a 46-42...but can't specifically remember seeing a size 40.

The photos aren't the best either for trying to photo match, although through Getty, I found a few close matches to the Eagles game that September.
