1981-82 sounds about right. Rawlings moved the manufacturer label to the other side of the front tail sometime between the 1981 and 1982 MLB seasons. This could have been from '81, and possibly carried over into '82.

Is this an Army (Black Knights) jersey?
I have seen these on eBay a couple of times, different jersey numbers, and this one is a current auction. Are these jerseys from Army? I do not recall seeing this style, but my research has been scant, mostly looking at old team photos...my main interest, is that I have one of these jerseys, #38, that I obtained several years ago at a junk shop. Same Rawlings tagging, even has the same faded stamp on the Rawlings tag.
