Vladimir Guerrero c.1999 Game Used Wilson Fielders Glove

An eight-time All-Star, he is widely recognized as one of the best all-around players in Major League Baseball because he regularly hits for power, has a high average, steals bases, and is credited with one of the strongest outfield arms in baseball. Guerrero is also regarded as the game's premier "bad ball hitter" for his ability to crush balls thrown outside of the strike zone. Guerrero has bat over .300 in every season of his career except for 1996, which is not an official season when he had just 27 at-bats. He has driven in over 100 RBI in every season but 2003. Besides his 2004 MVP, has finished 6th (2000), 4th (2002), 3rd (2005) and 9th (2006). He's having another stellar campaign in 2007.
This Wilson A2000 glove was used by outfielder Vladimir Guerrero circa 1999, while playing for the Montreal Expos. This glove exhibits great evidence of game use, and is perfectly broken in. This glove exhibits perfect Major League use….used, but not abused. Put this glove on your hand and it has all the flex Vlad would require to field his position. Soft and supple leather with perfect evidence of use under the wrist strap (where Vlad's hand would go) and to the inner lining. Vlad's name is embroidered in yellow on the thumb of this glove. A collector would be hard-pressed to find a better example of a game used Vlad glove in the hobby. Consigned by Rob Steinmetz.
