2005 Tyler Walker San Francisco Giants Game Worn, Autographed

Walker pitched for the New York Mets in 2002, the San Francisco Giants from 2004 to 2006, and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays for the later half of the 2006 season. On December 10, 2006 he signed a minor league deal with the Giants. On June 17, 2005, Walker made history against the Detroit Tigers. He entered the game in the 9th inning with the bases loaded, and struck out the side for the save. With primary closer Armando Benítez absent for 3 months, he filled in the role for closer. He converted 23 saves in 28 opportunities.
This home cream colored San Francisco Giants "Gigantes" jersey was worn by Tyler Walker during the 2005 baseball season (in tribute to Juan Marichal). Tagged on the tail with a Majestic tag, a size 52 flag tag, a 2005 flag tag and a +2" sleeve flag tag. Also tagged on the inside with a pro-coded "0062" wash tag. The Giants team patch is sewn on the left sleeve, above the embroidered Majestic logo. Signed on the back in black by Walker. Authenticated by Major League Baseball. Jersey exhibits light evidence of game use. View Lot Detail page
