Milt Sunde 1969 Road Minnesota Vikings Game Worn Heavy Knit Road Jersey - Super Bowl Season

Milt Sunde played his entire 11 seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. Sunde anchored the offensive line for the Vikings in 1969, helping the team to a Super Bowl IV appearance.

This heavy cotton durene Vikings road jersey with screened on purple numerals (64) on front, back and both sleeves and woven knit Vikings shoulder-striping. The jersey has the correct tagging for the 1969 season consisting of a Gopher Athletic suppliers tag above the Sandknit size tag located on the outer left tail. The 1969 NFL 50th Anniversary patch has been replaced on this jersey with a patch used during the 1969 NFL season and located on the left shoulder. There is evidence of the patch being located on the left sleeve but there was the outline of the patch on the left shoulder also. This would be consistent with the relocation of the patches for all of the players to the shoulder area for Super Bowl IV vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. Patch is rare felt background style. Light wear with a couple of small holes. View Lot Detail page
