Chris Canty attended Virginia University where he played college football as defensive lineman and was a two time second team All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection. He also led all conference defensive linemen in tackles as a sophomore and junior. After graduating college, Canty was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2005 draft. Today, Canty gives the Cowboys' defense flexibility and is a dependable force as the Cowboys' defensive end.
Canty donned the offered size "48" jersey September 17, 2006 when the Cowboys battled the Redskins. The unwashed pullover, which still smells of game action, features faint soil marks on the verso, light impact and blue marks throughout. Noteworthy customizations include a reinforced eyelet (front neckline), elasticized sleeves, a hemmed tail and stretch spandex sides. Three labels are visible in the collar: "05-48", Prova Group, and Prova number (XAF6ACAFD9).
