After posting a career record of 34-32 with a 3.36 ERA in Japan, Hideki Okajima signed a two year, $2.5 million deal with the MLB Boston Red Sox. As a Red Sox, the Japanese born, left-handed middle reliever was a member of the 2007 World Championship team and selected to the 2007 All-Star team.
This locker room chair from Fenway Park was used by Hideki Okajima on May 19, 2008 when Jon Lester threw a no hitter against the Kansas City Royals. A great piece of memorabilia from a night where Lester, a 24 year old lefty who survived cancer, pitched himself into MLB's baseball history books.
Comes with documentation from Steiner Sports.
