Offered here is the line-up card from Game 5 of the 2006 NLCS that was played between the NY Mets and St. Louis Cardinals. On that night, the Cardinals came back from a 2-0 deficit to defeat the Mets 4-2 in a game that featured home runs by Chris Duncan and Albert Pujols. The Cardinals later went on to win the series 4 game to 3 en route to a World Championship.
The line-up card shows all the player activity from the game and is signed by Mets skipper Willie Randolph. A nice piece of autographed memorabilia from a great NLCS series.
